We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging—to be eligible for a return. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@paganiwatch.shop. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Ibiza 1 2b, 08214 Badia del Vallès (Barcelona, Spain).

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items will not be accepted for return without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period within the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a reason. As with the above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.
